Salix Hem & Beslag acquires Beslag Design
Salix Hem & Beslag has acquired all shares in Beslag Design AB. The acquisition strengthens Salix Hem & Beslag's position as the leading supplier in the Nordic region of fittings and interior details, and which also includes Habo Gruppen AB, Pisla Oy, and Duschprodukter AB.

Beslag Design, based in Båstad, Sweden, is owned by brothers Björn Bergström and Hans Bergström and has been developing and marketing an innovative range of fittings and interior details since 1972.

The acquisition will be completed on February 29, 2024.
